New Idea for the Store

So I was wondering if it was a viable idea to create something like a wish list, something similar to steam. I know there is a list of skins and champs that go on sale and such, but some times I get busy or I just forget if I checked the store a particular week. With the new client possibilities, would there be any way to like heart or like a particular skin and/or champ so that when it goes on sale, you could e notified? I wouldn't care if it was just be email, but even better if it was in the notifications! What do you guys think? I am just saying, riot, you would get soooo much more of my money if I knew these skins were on sale instead of just doing hextech crafting until it drops or I happen to see it on sale.
