Hecarim

Hecarim really needs a buff i don't know why they nerfed him he was usable ok i like the nerf on the tp homeguard thing but other than that why? His W is good up to level 9 to 14 but other than that it's bad ok 250 health sounds good but endgame with people like Akali and other high burst champions it's useless. Q is good a tiny buff on the scaling would be nice the E should hive him a bit more movement speed the ult is fine though. Aslo his Q's description is unclear it says "for every stack of rampage the cooldown is reduced by one second" however it does this if you have no cooldown reduction whatsoever should you have more cooldown the effect of rampage is barely visible. And can anyone tell me if they agree or not I would love to hear other people's opinions.

his W heals him for all damage done , even by his allies. its basically like kayles ultimate in teamfights.

Q is a spammable skill and even with some CD, due to its low cooldown, it isn't impacted much. It's cooldown is 4 seconds. With the stacks, it's 2. If you have 10% CD, it's reduced by 0.4 seconds, which isn't really much due to the window. Hecarim is still very much dominating top lane but with horrible mana control now. He's still a monster. He doesn't really need a buff yet. Akali and high burst champions do what they do: Be a monster late-game. Hecarim is a tank that is great on engaging. The W is only capped on minions and monsters. Within teamfights of high chaos, he's still healed more than 250 healing cap.

So no. I don't think he needs a buff at this point.

A good build would be nice though mine right now is trinity force, boots of swiftness, randuins, black cleaver, ravenous hyadra and spirit visagea that's a basic build end game.
