tournament...good idea bad idea?

Ive got a lot of time to kill and after worlds is over the scene dies down a little bit and figured it'd be a good time for a tournament. Nothing is really stopping me I guess I was just curious if I should really do it. I doubt I would go through riot for prizes and just do it myself. Anyway...I'm leaning towards yes. Thoughts?
