Season rewards for banned players that showed improvement on behavior

Hi there Riot, I don't think what you guys want to do to punish the toxic players is the best way and fair. Look this example a account got ban at 3 August til 17 August so won't get rewards, but if he play a lot of games for day so he will be more reformed than a guy that just play 10 games in 4 months but got banned before 10 august It doesn't make sense just because the other guy got ban 1 week after 10 august but plays like 500 games in 2months without ban and without flame don't get it. I think you should review some cases because you won't be fair for everyone

riot want to know if player is reformed or no, u think a player that plays 10 games without flame after ban is more reformed than a player that plays 500 games? but just got ban after 10 august is toxic? lol
