Hextech Chest not awarded after a S- game with Nami

Hey. I got the 4 chests all right the previous month. But I played Nami for the first time this whole season yesterday, solo and I got a S- ranking with her. I have not received her chest nor did her frame change in Champions tab but on my profile it shows that I'm eligible to get 3 more chests meaning they see the Nami one as received.

I've noticed that the chest eligibility has been odd for me too. I've gotten chests before when it said that I had to wait, so maybe it's the opposite of that.

this will explain why

If you're playing a champion you don't own, you can't earn a chest.
You may have already earned a chest with the champion you're playing.
You may have reached the chest limit for the week.
You can't earn a chest in a game if you leave that game.
You may have been punished by a behavior system recently, meaning you won't be able to earn rewards from Hextech Crafting.

I own the champion
Did not earn a chest with Nami as I freaking said I play her for the first time in the season
Was on the first of the month, no other chests earned
Did not leave
And no, I wasn't punished.
