Cheapest Pc build to run lol on max?

I was wondering what builds are out there to max out lol graphics and run 60+ fps without breaking the bank. I won't use it for anything but lol if this is in the wrong forum mods please move. Thanks!

I got my laptop for free by changing power supliers runs lol perfecrly you could also try stealing XD

Contraty to popular forum belief, LoL isn't that CPU intensive. You can run this game at 60 FPS on a Geforce 210, I know from personal experience, just don't expect to run ANYTHING else.
