Why aren't scripts dealt with?

So i was in a game with a xerath and he was on the enemy team and i was playing khazix. I see him use his ward on the botlane side of mid lane so i jump out of the top side with upgraded jump. I come flying towards him and he hits me with a combo and i die. In death recap i took my max health in .6 seconds. I thought that was kinda fishy that he went on to never miss another E the whole game. I look at his profile on op.gg and he is 100% win rate with xerath with 16 ranked games played. I just bugs me that i can report him all i want and nothing will be done about it.

tl;dr xerath on the enemy team uses scrips to win a 4v5 and is on a 100% win rate with xerath in ranked.

Name-and-shame is not allowed on the forums.

If you have suspicions a player is using scripts/bots to augment their play, the best thing to do is to open a ticket with Support and send them any evidence you have. They take game integrity very seriously, although investigations for this sort of thing take time.

Client-side scripts/macros are very hard to get rid of entirely. At best you can detect players who are suspiciously fast and consistent with abilities and flag them for review.

It's funny how people always make this assumption rather than simply go through the procedure of reporting them and/or sending in a support ticket.

And if you did report them then you should just relax since you've done all you can. It's not healthy to go through life with such a cynical mindset. I've sent in reports to Riot support before and gotten very kind responses that they would look into it carefully, I think they take the integrity of their game very seriously.
