I have been searching for runes on different guides but can't seen to find one good. Can someone suggest me a rune for sona that let you poke a lot meaning it needs to have mad mana regen also it needs it to be not squishier. Thank you.

Edit: Also if you can post her masteries it would be great

Hmm, I'm usually playing Sona passive/aggressive, depending on the matchup, but since Sona is ap scaling support, I'd recommend to get flat AP marks, flat armor seals, flat/scaling mana regen glyphs and flat AP quints.

with this you'll have enough AP at early game to chunk off the enemies ap and having as well some sustain.

for masteries, I'd recommend 9/0/21, taking cooldown reduction and some AP in offensive, in utility you'll aim at the mana regen and gold income masteries, rushing chalice and other important items. I'd also recommend to get the mastery expanded mind, giving you more mana at the beginning of the game.

you can either put a point into scout or phasewalker, depending on what you'll prefer, to be faster at base or having that increased range on trinkets.

you can also instead put points into the movementspeed ones, I don't think it's needed but if you want to.

There are 3 pages I would recommend on Sona depending on the matchup

M.pen reds, armor yellows, mana regen blues, AP quints

M.pen reds, mana regen yellows, AP blues, movespeed quints

M.pen reds, armor yellows, MR blues, AP quints

I usually use the second one, I find building resists on Sona doesn't really fit my play style, so I rely more on positioning well

for masteries I either go 21/0/9 for an aggressive lane and start spellthief, or I go 4/5/21 and start pots/wards for early coverage or brush control or flask+pots for an attrition lane(not very common)
