There's so much wrong with your game that you can't find in any respectable game out there. It's time you hire some professionals to fix these issues. You have the money. Beginning with client issues, you have unbelievably poor design choices, as well as straight up connectivity issues. For instance, if you queue up with someone on low priority, it's not actually low priority. You get a penalty time where you can't find a match. While this is fine, punishing people who leave, and people wwho DC a lot, even when they only play with friends that know, when connectivety is an issue, what is not ok is that you can't interact while waiting. While waiting in low priority queue, no one can send or read messages, or accept decline offers. Something that is extremely annoying when you get 70+ in those 10 minutes of waiting and you get that sound interupting any and all conversation. The only thing you're left with is to mute League completely. Similar is it for chatrooms. If you're like me and occasionally join chatrooms with hundreds of active players, you have to mute some sounds in the client completely, or get the constant stream of annoying sounds. This is particularly nice when you're waiting for someone to come on, and you don't hear that they sent a message, cause you had to mute everything. I bet you any 15 year old with basic coding knowledge could create a better system in a day. No rioter is gonna pay attention to this, but you can probably find one of these 15 year olds and pay them off with just some RP. It's extremely easy to fix/improve.

Now if we move to actually queueing for a game, we get tons of other issues. If someone declines, you get put back to the main screen, which causes lag for a lot of poeple, as well as being annoying. I've been in queues where someone declined 9+ times in a row, every 40 seconds, while trying to read some lore to pass the time, extremely annoying. In addition to being inconvenient and causing lag for players, this and a bunch of other stuff can cause you to never connect to the champion select screen. You can hear what's going on, but you can't see or interact. Neither time nor your internet can fix this issue. Similar to dcing in game, you simply can't (re)connect, difference here being that you most likely never disconnected in the first place. Terrible coding, and lack of professionalism leads to lots of LP loss for thousands of people, while the rest wasts minutes searching for a new game. This gets really annoying in draft mode, for the people never connecting often doesn't leave the client before time runs out, thinking they have a shot of reconnecting, costing so much time.

For the love of all that's good, Riot, hire professionals.

yeah well, we all know that the league of legends client is one of the most horrendously programmed string of 0's and 1's ever brought into existence. whatever, its not gonna change ever. the money is flowing.
