Infernal Nasus Q Animation

ok, so this was kind of irrelevant to everything so i decided to put it in misc. in infernal nasus's q animation, he leaves some kind of symbol on the ground for a short time and its really been bugging me and i just have to know, what is it? i'd love to get something back with this
