No, it should pick random.
So you did not get your champ, I got my champ once, then someone dodged. If I only wanted to play all Rengars all the time, I would have played World of Warcraft instead.
I have had to play too many games with champs I hated, but I did it cause it is a game. It is fun, usually. This new game mode has just added to my stress of "Will this game make it to zero in champ select?". This is bullshit.
Your type is the issue. So for all the Soraka battlers out there, GET MAJORITY!
