Just played against a Cassiopeia who scripted her Twin Fangs skills.

I just played a ranked game against a Cassiopeia. She was able to cast Twin Fangs about 46 times per second. At first I thought I was the only one who felt that way, once team fight starts, every one on my team was able to see how fast she can cast twin fangs. The CD is suppose to be set to half second if her Twin Fangs hit the poisoned target, but she had no CD at all, it was just pretty much one Q and she spams 56 twin fangs on u and instant kills you.

Any suggestions where I can send in the report to Riot besides submitting a ticket?

Pretty sure that's just plain cheater. Having no cooldown on a skill, im pretty sure thats cheating

I assume anyone with a keyboard that can create macro's can script.

Yes but Cassio's twin fangs has an internal cooldown plus whatever ping delay the game has. What he's describing wouldn't happen unless someone directly hacked into the game files, which would be extremely difficult to do without getting immediately caught.

I think it's more likely that the OP had a lag spike or frame drop and just saw himself get bursted as the frames tried to catch up.
