Riot, has there been any word on negotiations with AT&T and the other ISPs?

I'm unsure if this is the right place to ask this (pretty sure it doesn't belong under Help & Support) but has there been any word on finalizing your negotiations with AT&T, Cox, Verizon, etc, regarding the new server? I remember back in August, you guys had a list of all partnered ISPs and the ones mentioned were listed as still being worked on. While my ping did get significantly better, I remember being extremely hopeful that it'd get even better once you guys finished partnering with them and that was supposed to be (if I remember correctly) a couple weeks after the server move. I check Surrender@20 regularly but maybe I missed something. Has any progress been made on this?
