I recently got banned on my main account for 14 days and I just have one question because I have no idea how it works, Let's say my 14 day ban is finally over and I decide to play , if I don't get reported for a certain amount of time let's say 2+weeks without getting reported , will my next punishement still be a permanent ban or will it be reduced to a smaller ban (1-3 days) or a warning?

Definitely harsher than your previous punishment though.
If it was chat related, you could get chat restricted for 4321413243214132 games, or you could get banned for a prolonged amount.

Pikmints1 votesNot really. If you throw around death threats, racial slurs, talk about selling accounts, and intentionally feed, then there's a fair chance your next ban will be permanent.
If all you do is get aggressive with people in chat, your ban may not be permanent, the level of aggression being important. It is safe to say that it will be at least as severe as your previous punishment if your punishment is too close to your previous one. That being said, I'd say 2 months without being punished is a fair window where you could expect your next punishment to be less severe than your previous one (assuming your actions were similarly or less severe).
the black belt n1 votesNo you can be banned multiple times before permanent ban is put into place unless you do something that riot states as a permanent and as of right now (as far as i know) the minimum ban length is 14 days
SmokedAlmonds1 votesIts pretty unlikely that your next ban will be permanent even if it was the day after you get unbanned. That message is really more to say that's the direction you are heading rather than to say that your next ban is absolutely going to be permanent. It is a form letter sent to everyone who gets banned. Just the fact that you seem to care about getting perma banned suggests to me that you probably aren't that close to one.
