Ban and low priority Q
no matter who you are no one will have a perfect connection, so being dropped and made to wait 5-10 even up to 20 mins to Q for a game, probably going to lose some business from this, of the 1000+ games i have played an afk isn't hurting the team as much as a toxic player... should be focused more on player behavior in game over those who lose connection for a minute or two
