from my experiences she gets destroyed by ad casters (graves,varus, etc) or really any form of cc more than the normal adc. Unsure if those who complain have really played against kalistas or used her, or have just read up on her.
Yeah I haven't had any problems either, actually, I've had the most success with Ashe, who simply doesn't care if she's dashing around, anyone with abilities that don't need to be aimed extensively and a decent amount of crowd control seems to poop on her.
As a Garen main I rather enjoy fighting her. If she's top I just have to survive long enough to get a giants belt, but if she's ADC I can farm up and go at her through teleport ganks. She's hard to run right at, but I find people who play her often forget just how squishy they are.
You're the only one. See every single video of Kalista. She's OP as hell. She's probably the most OP champion ever brought out so far. Maybe Kassadin was more OP when he first came out, can't remember.
Kalista has a WALKING ward, that spots pretty much any ganks from river side. She has a Q that does insane damage, goes through minions like a Nidalee spear. Or more like a Lucian laser pew that needs a minion as aim. She has the highest, sickest mobility ever. Landing skill shots on her (and I dont mean Bronze play) on a diamond Kalista is just impossible. And she can save / Throwing Leona's or big bombs into enemy groups, to get the perfect CC. Followed up by the rest.
Kalista should be nerfed greatly. I think an entire skill change would do it. Even as a Vi jungler I find it hard to stomp her for all her shit lol.

she's got obvious weaknesses and her dashes are easy to predict. people are just complaining for the sake of complaining right now.
there seems to be more agreement than i thought there would be, she really blows up so easily though.
