Can i get to masters or challenger if i have a job in the art industry?

Before I get into this I would just like to clarify that this is really my deviant art. I used to main azir when i made this deviant art. I main different champions now, but Ima move back into azir whenever riot make him viable again....lol.

I really want to be good at this game and I want to spend time to improve, but I'm worried that if I do that I won't be able to be good at drawing. I want to work for riot games and create splash arts and/or concept art for new champions or updating champions. I'm really passionate about this. I'm worried that if I want to get to challenger, masters, or even just win most games, I won't be able to gain the skill to work for riot as the mentioned above. And vice versa. So is it possible to somehow improve as a player so much so that I'm able to get to masters or challenger and still be able to improve in art and be able to create riot games level artwork? I'm 17 years old currently, and I know that I'm not good at art or anatomy, but I have every intention of learning and improving inanatomy and everything needed to create cool and amazing artwork. So please answer this honestly. Thank you!!!
