Yasuo will Windwall the first shot, then dash to it and spam Q until he gets his knockup, then knock the tank up, ult it, and use that 50% armor pen to go to town.

But notice Yasuo is only level 1. He can either block the shot or dash to it, not both =P

Then the tank is hacking, since that's not a level 1 tank.

Fun fact of the day: The largest object ever lifted by a tornado was a 75-ton train car. The tornado threw it almost half a mile. That's almost twice the weight of a Panther tank! Tanks are apparently not immune to sufficiently strong wind.
