Can player get you permaban or does it have to come from riot?

I had a game where I admittedly did poorly. Nothing went right, we lost. Afterwards someone [not going to name drop but for @riot purposes, on 9/26/14 I played as Teemo, and the person I'm referring to was Vayne.] says "I'm going to put support ticket in and get you permabaned like i did to someone else" because they alleged I was "trolling". I wasn't, and I was offended at the fact the person thought I was. Now, I admit, I'm not a perfect player. My fingers say mean things some times [mainly expletives, nothing racial or "kill yourself" or anything like that. That stuff needs to stay out of any game.] The fact people say things about either of my parents deeply offends me because they're both no longer here. But I digress. I like this game. I've bought all sorts of stuff I never would. But I've never [to my knowledge] had a restriction of any sort or anything...but now I'm freaking out about some kid getting me banhammered. Riot? Other people? Anyone? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks -Epic

I think you have nothing to worry about. riot would need to review the ticket anyways and there's no way they'd Perma ban someone without reviewing that match completely first, and in all likelihood looking at other recent matches as well. The player probably didn't do anything (or submitted a report after the game) and if you were actually playing (regardless of how poorly as long as not intentionally feeding) then you should be fine.
