can we make it so champs cant be unstobable late game just because its late game?

like there are a lot of champs like are good no matter what, some kits just are broken late game no matter how bad a vayne is after 30 minutes its gg (just an example)

Yeah, I've seen this problem too, no matter how they go, late-game, it's basically already over XD
