Dragon spirit lee sin

i have an idea for a skin, lee sin's kick is named dragon's rage so how about giving him a skin where whenever he uses his ult, a dragon comes out of his kick. his first skill can be fire then he can kick to it.his third skill, he releases flame around him. his safeguard can be made by fire.
