Yes it will... granted the fps will probably remain at 60 and sometimes drop below but it should be fairly stable.

Probably. You can run League on a fucking potato. The processor is fine, it has more than enough RAM, and I'm fairly certain although it has an integrated video card, it'll get the job done.

lagging isa part of the network, and for the most part is never really league's or your fault... normally outside causes, ISp failures, or CDN's... never fear it shall do.

I used to play League on a lesser Pavilion model and that ran League perfectly. This'll work well for you. fps never exceeded 60, though, but since this is a newer model it might..
