Lost my ribbon?
I feel like I lost my red honorable opponent ribbon. I have had it for quite some time, have not been reported because I make an effort to be good, but yet it is missing. I have received no email or notification, so what happened?

Honor ribbons aren't permanent. You get them as long as you are getting honors consistently. Once you bypass that threshold you basically won't get the ribbon anymore. It's a pretty rare thing to have especially if you play anything other than vs ai.
I still have my red ribbon, but I have to work hard to keep it. Its a stupid high percentage that you must maintain to keep it, you can get it back but you will need to put in effort.
If you want to keep or get a ribbon never play Summoners Rift outside of bot modes.
