Hextech Hard Candy?

Yellow everyone. I've sent my friend a gift containing a certain legacy champion that's currently on sale, noxus poppy to be exact. I'm just wondering is this the requirements for hextech hard candy icon, since it's been about 6-7 hours since he recieved gift, and it still hasn't appeared. Any feedback is appreciated.

Hi, i have the same problem....i've sent even more than one skin and mystery gifts, but im still waiting the icon....I hope this problem can be solved
