I think it would be totally awesome if Riot could make a new skin for the Superbowl or the World Cup. Why not Referee Lee Sin??? He would resemble most referees mainly because he is blind. I think it would be hilarious.

They did this once. It included skins such as red card katarina and goalkeeper blitz.
