i think league should move to ps4 that would be awesome because people with bad computers that cant run league might have a ps4 that will be able to run it therefore i think it should go on to console

So when you don't even have the money to buy 4 toasters, stringing them in series in order to play LoL, you have the capital to invest a PS4?

I don't get it.

Not to mention, the controls of this game is pretty much impossible to translate onto controllers anyway.

Not going to happen. Like, did you even see the MOBA that appeared on Consoles that was based on Lord of the Rings? That piece of shit didn't even last a year, just because of how bad the controls are, and the controls were nothing like League's. Hell, they were dumb downed controls when compared to League's or even DotA's. The reason Smite can even work on console is because of how skillshots are used.
