more languages should be added

I don't like Alpha Client, my reason because I can't change the language. I like Japanese. In old Client i can change from RADS- system-Locale.cfg ( en_us to ja_jp) but when i changed and new client used is Alpha. and turn back English. i tried sreach google and someone said can change language with new client but i tried anything but region NA -English only.,, I want to know is there any for add 2nd language for game? 2nd reason i dont like Ads NA, they show like pro play or face pro or nothing especial . in the and my question is can i add 2nd language for LOL?
