People hate vlad? I mean people in his own lane? I can understand Veigar maybe but Vlad can still be killed by him with a good stun.

(I have never played vlad. Maybe he is just a lot weaker in toplane?)

Katarina item 3001 I love doing this early game against a Veigar, there isn't much he can do. Then build an item 3157 for us ult and dodge his abilities and call it good. Ward hoping has never been funner.
