I'm guessing that person got their account banned. That sucks dude. I'd be happier to see everyone get to stay rather then get screwed and most likely make a new account.

Instead of tattling to RIOT you should just use your words and do something yourself.

i'm not toxic, when the enemy laner wants to trash talk, i do it too, but sometimes when i outplay they get so angry

i got one from probably renekton after a quinn game, i got first blood on him, then he killed me 4 times (damn i'm bad) then i killed him until they surrendered, he started raging so bad that i muted him
