That is almost exactly what Kog'Maw support is like. Have DTF and max q and watch as you poke the enemy bot laner out of lane. It's funny when they hide behind their casters and then you hit them with a max range e (which is 1200 units of range) or even you ultimate and your adc is mostly just farming. You should try it out. It's the only way I can play support and feel satisfied being the support

That may be a side effect of autofill, i have seen people autofilled support, and the fill player just like "woo jg" then they end up switching cause the fill player doesnt give a shit.
