When you are using Nocturne, but you don't use your ult because it is too scary

I find Sion's ult sound to be 100% much more effective in terms of fear than Norcturne's ult sound and well pitch black.

I think Riot should buff Nocturne's spooky ult atmosphere.

I have friends who panic and jolt at the sound of Sion's ult. Even I jolt.
