At last, one of them actually plays music when you type /d or press Ctrl 3! I expect a full 'rework' of the Pentakill skins so that all their dances match up as parts of the song Lightbringer if timed correctly together. (Karthas would have to only have this occur if there is another Pentakill band member on their team with the matching skin, of course.)

Ya I see no problem here, OP. They took an outdated, unbalanced, and frankly boring champion and made it cool, balanced, and gave him a nice strategic niche while still preserving his undead summoner theme.

they didnt give him any of that and balance has yet to be seen. he wasnt boring either, loved him until they left him to rot.

He was incredibly boring. His kit was incredibly 2 dimensional at best and had no room for higher level strategy/counterplay. He was entirely busted, no matter how you look at it. And btw this kind of thing happens every time riot remakes a champ. There are always like 5 people that can't see how neglected and shitty their champ has become, so they criticize riot for "ruining" it. Happened with karma, happened with sion, now you're doing it with yorick. He is objectively a healthier champ now, and has a much better potential to interact more interestingly with the lore.
