Wrong. Veigar will always use his Q, W, or E before the ult, thus the banshee will be proc'ed before the ult hits, ridding you of the shield and allowing the ult to impact.

Incorrect in the sense of "always", because it doesn't talk about Veigar using his entire burst on the target, nor does it take into account that his other spells could have been used on another target and that this one person is just receiving his ult

I never said he would use his entire burst. I said,

use his Q, W, or E before the ult

Thus he would be using atleast one ability that procs the bansee shield. Also any Veigar that uses his ult on a target with banshee up is an idiot. Smart veigar know to strip away the defenses of their foes before nuking them.

Sheen - ~200 dmg AD - ~120 Stacks - 1000 Base Q damage - 110 Total - 1430

A squishy would eat around 1k dmg from a Q.

xD... His ults base damage at lvl 16 does 750 damage bud. WITH A 1.0 ap ration. That average is bull shit. Then you have to add in magic pen, ap, ap on target, blue potion true damage, luden proc.

Lol, I've done this before, it's hilarious when people let you farm your Q as Veigar. The funniest part was it was a Full tank J4 who I nuked (he was stupid and had no magic resist).
