you should watch it, I mean, it's just a show about girls fighting things but the action is pretty good, as this gif shows.

I hate to be the guy that says this, but it's 'overrated' for a reason. You should at least give it a try, you but be pleasantly surprise. Even my brother ended up liking it and he was turned off by the magic girly stuff at first because it was so well done with its plot and animation and everything.
