The people that have moved on from Teemo hate do not understand that Teemo's biggest strength is psychological warfare. His kit is pretty balanced, maybe undertuned, but he has a blind, slows that are not bound to his location, an escape, two poisons, and the most annoying laugh in the world (ok, maybe Lux's is worse). Teemo as a champion is not OP. Teemo as the avatar of the devil is very OP (at least in Bronze).
