I've never really understood how it's actually difficult to CONVINCE people to do baron after getting 2 kills. It's 5 vs 3, team cant get an inhibitor, baron is up = kill baron. Unless MAYBE you are too low against baron pit nuke champs with like

All enemies are dead and on a 70 second cooldown with their nexus open and Ryze's ult is ready? Better farm the siege minions in the middle of the map.

With the bright one at the top being a 1/3 health tank they all feel the need to escort back to base

My team actually won a game we were losing hard because the enemy fed decided to take blue buff while the rest of her team was fighting at dragon.

an enemy 1v1'd my team's inhibitor once while his team did baron. he was able to destroy it on his own.. it was hilarious and painful to watch.
