Hextech Crafting Problems

Riot, today I missed my wedding. I would have been there, but I spent the money for the wedding, on RP. I now have $40,000 worth of orange essence and gem stones. All I wanted was Hextech Annie. My fiance has gotten Hextech Annie on two accounts and I'm now pissed. So, now I have 70 gem stones, $40,000 worth of orange essence, no fiance, and still no Hextech Annie. I am not upset about my fiance leaving, its just my orange essence is almost off the screen and it is annoying please fix.
