Yeah that's pretty rare though. I've never seen it and acquired 15 or so champs doing the reroll. I only lack 5 or 6 to have them all.

Its not pretty rare if you have more than half the roster

I'm not a great one to talk given I'm caught up to all the champs but even from playing on smurfs and seeing my friends engage it the odds are more than 50% of the time the shard is someone you own as soon as you break the halfway point. Like it becomes more likely than a coin toss it won't be something that will fill your roster and you'll need 3 to get value out of them.

The shitty thing is that you still roll them even if you own every champ, and it's a 1/3 chance between that or a skin/ward skin shard. So its easy af to just get tons of shards building up if you play regularly that you can't really use, I have like 5k blue essence so far just sitting there and I usually just craft one into essence if I have 3 shards and I just buy the 3rd to make a champ or just use IP.

I was talking about the same thing, its impossible to roll a champion you don't own but I'm just pointing out the value of champion shards drops significantly based on how complete your account is. NP :p

OMFG I have 30 out of the 130 champions and I haven't gotten a champion shard that wasn't something that I had owned in weeks. IVE GOTTEN KAYLE, THE GREEN VEGETABLE LEAF 3 TIMES IN A ROW.

You can buy blue essence with IP. There are champion shard tokens in the store, buy them and disenchant them.

the joke is that that is what he's doing, and the shards he's using are zed and aatrox where zed is the leader of the group of which kahn is a member and aatrox is a darken like rhaast is

permanents are orange, not blue, and afaik you can't get multiple champion permanents of the same champ unless... well... you already own every champ. they don't even show up in your inventory unless you can't automatically use them to unlock like you ordinarily would, right?
