PBE Nexus towers

As some of you may or may not know on the PBE the Nexus towers are getting their regen nerfed, it was about damn time!

As everyone knows towers are way too hard to take down! It takes 5 people at the 30th minute to chip 50% of the health of a single tower, it was about time Riot nerfed them.

I believe they should buff ad carries afterwards, they are too under-powered at the moment and of no use in team-fights.
