every arcade skin has its own style and theme... so probably neither... but i cant quite put a good theme to it..

I can't help but think about the guy with the flail in the 1st dungeon of 'A Link to the Past' (his mace could be a flail that he swings around his head when his 3rd Q charge is ready to hit)
