I'm one of those people who will not own every champ. I just don't like to play some champs and will never use them, so I find it as a time saver to just not get them and focus on perfecting my Rune pages O.O

Half the time I just don't have anything better to with my IP, but it really helps to customise your pages more to give you less to worry about stat wise. My full Armor/MR page alone is almost as strong as what you get from item 3026.
