I hate when the team unspokenly agrees to sacrifice someone, but one member doesn't get the memo and runs in to 'save' the sacrifice, and then the team just gets sucked back into the fight.
And when you try to ask for help or to do something..

When you're playing 
and one member of the enemy team runs past you to chase down your teammate and you use your last breath to hook that guy before being collapsed on.
It's the same as running from a bear. You don't have to be the fastest..just don't be the slowest.
Lol often feel this way playing Galio. Having to ult because someone was caught out and it's the best way of my whole team not getting wailed on. -_-
I find myself doing something similar fairly often. If I'm with other people on my team and we're all low / being chased by several members of the other team and it's clear that we're all gonna die, I pull a 180 and try to run past the enemy pursuers. This usually makes them all change direction, or stop to kill me. So I die but the others live.
If I'm playing a tanky champ, that sacrificed member would be me. Heck, I'd ping my team to run away while I be that idiot who throws myself at the enemy just to buy everyone else some time.
