When I see the balance team do anything at all
balance team looks at teemo once a year, so im used to it.. its mostly just stupid stuff relating to other changes... Stealth, mage mana regen, hp pools you know.. his q w and e have been prety much the same since his release... R got a few changes like the bouncing and revealing enemies but other than that
They don't tend to poke Kindred, Aurelion Sol, or Yasuo much as far as I can tell. They don't receive huge changes anyways, biggest ones that come to mind were Kindred's W heal, Aurelion's Q change and Yasuo R stuff.
They never look at mine. Part of the reason I chose to main him.
Instead he got vaporized with a LOIC without any warning.
