Last I read he can still eat oranges and be k, and critplank will still be a thing so his Q is likely going to remain unchanged. His E is getting changed completely, and I hope they do something cool with his Ult
I believe it was confirmed somewhere that 
E would be drastically different, but the rest of his abilities would still be similar with mostly number tweaks. Don't think parrrley is going to become a skillshot either.
They need the rework. They have mp scaling on their ults and its not even that good to make doing an ap build practical.
