PS: In all seriosness tho.. buff him a little... id rather have him top than and Just wish you didn't use that picture, but meh. I think Teemo is doing fine, just needs to be in hands of qualified people willing to take the hatred of hell, also know as Toxic community.
I love seeing illaoi top. Mostly because I only top Nasus and that is just extra farm.
This topic is actually wonderful... But the picture you used for him is giving out the wrong impression.
And man how right you were when you said you rather have than ... Seriously, one game our top laner managed to make so underfed, yet somehow managed to wipe out 3 of our team mates before dying.
