And by thing I mean kills still rank higher than victory for the young Yasuo. This is what dodging is for.

what elo are you in? if you are in low elo then this can actually work extremely well.
i played this almost exclusively in ranked from silver 4 to plat 2. i stopped playing it when i hit plat 3 because people knew how to punish it properly and it was too risky of a pick to do anymore.
it is a very niche pick but doable. before dodging at least check their op.gg to see if they play yasuo. if they play yasuo frequently then i wouldn't dodge.
Most of the Yasuos I've seen in bronze (top, mid) are all about their kill counts. Picking non-ADC champions in the bot-lane role means the player intends to abandon bot lane and roam.
I would rather have a summoner on my team that ranks turrets as a higher priority target than champions.
