Champion Concept: Pants

A League of Legends champion that is a walking pair of pants. His passive is Ultimate Embarrassment: Every 10 seconds without taking damage he can make an enemy champion hide in shame(stun) for 1.25 seconds whenever he hits them with a basic attack. His q Undies: Pants throws underwear which is a ranged attack which hits the first champion it strikes and does magic damage and applies ultimate embarrassment to the hit champion. His w Belt Buckle: Applies passive armor and magic resist but when its active removes the passive armor and magic resist but gives additional attack damage for 5 seconds and applies ultimate embarrassment to the first basic attack. His e Wear me: An active ability which attaches to an ally champion which gives that ally champion 100 percent movement speed and apply Belt Buckle passive armor and magic resist. The champion Pants attaches to can also apply ultimate embarrassment with his first basic attack. His ult Caught with their pants down: An area-of-effect active which creates a circle around Pants and ally champions that enter the circle can enlarge the circle. Activating ult again will cause all enemy champions in the circle to have their armor and magic resist reduced by the same amount as Belt Buckle's passive amount for 5 seconds, deal 200 magic damage and apply ultimate embarrassment.
