I go to sleep when on tilt, if i can pull myself away from the computer

Ranked is usually what puts me on tilt.

When I go on tilt I just stop playing. Might just be 5 minutes or I'm done for the day, but if I'm on tilt, I never keep playing, because it only makes matter worse (for me).
