I believe everyone will hate Poppy now. I honestly forsee her being a perma-ban in most elos because of just how powerful and game-changing her ult is.

Teamfight engaged and starting? Poppy can just ult any member of the Enemy team half-way across the map, and it's instantly a 4v5.

Or more like 2-3 members of the team, turning it into a 3v5, or worse, a 2v5.

Exactly. Unless the distance of Poppy's ultimate is decreased from where it's at right now, she will be a pretty important ban and will be banned frequently. That ult (while it doesn't deal a lot of damage) is immensely powerful because of it's game-changing ability.

Imagine the enemy team is doing Baron, Poppy and her Jungler are coming to steal - Poppy ults the enemy Jungler half-way across the map... well, Baron is now their teams' due to no enemy jungler smite.

It's a channel and it slows her down. If you bring any champ with hard CC uou can prevent her from suing it.
