Like, if you don't have a good answer to him in lane, he turns the entire bot lane into a one-sided stall fest with the constant threat of his pull, and then when he gets 
he won't hesitate to just charge right towards you can easily hook you for his carry to eat you alive... AND he doesn't die.
His whole kit is bullshit.

Tanky AP, takes your health, hurts, has spell vamp = more health, and he's a bloody fridge. Also his sleeves & hair make him look like a doof.
^^^ Some have crits that are beyond control, bullshat!, annoying in general, when fed my hopes and dreams shatter, easy to play champ but player thinks they are sooo good, can be OP, hurts too much early game, has tendency of diving to kill you, painful, OR just plain bullies according to me. I usually hate playing against them.

Note all of my picks are because I've faced people with skill as these champions and it gets really annoying to fight them due to their superior mechanics.
I played against a Fizz that just absolutely infuriated me earlier today. And it wasn't even that bad, but maybe it was just the straw that broke the camel's back.
He Trickster'd a charge of Nami's Tidecaller's Blessing. I was playing Nami, placed my E on Vayne and Fizz just Trickster'd as her auto was flying. Consumed a charge, but did no damage.
Otherwise, Heimerdinger. build Zhonyas and place max turrets, and you can just sit inside them with absolute safety. Had a Heim recently build zz'rot portal, pushed top like it was no one's business and we couldn't touch him without bringing half our team to burst him down before his turrets ate us.
